Expertise
Kevin’s career in the mechanical services industry began in 1979, when he went to work for The Fred B. DeBra Company as a mechanical equipment service technician. He then spent nearly 10 years at Team Mechanical, where he was a project manager, estimator and vice president.
Before returning to DeBra-Kuempel, he was a project manager/estimator at the Thomas J. Dyer Company. During his 12 years at Dyer, he estimated the costs and managed the labor for such major projects as Miami University Hoyt Hall Laboratories and the Cincinnati EPA (Environmental Protection Agency).
Since rejoining DeBra-Kuempel in 2008, he has overseen a wide variety of projects, ranging from the McCullough Hyde Memorial Hospital boiler/hot water heater replacement to Mercy Hospital Fairfield Central Utility Plant Upgrade project and Sonoco Erlanger (KY) Warehouse Air Conditioning Project.
