Expertise

Greg has more than fifteen years of construction experience. As a specialist in control systems, his expertise encompasses system design, programming, estimating and sales, as well as project management and department supervision. He also has extensive expertise in designing and implementing cost-saving strategies for design/build and performance contracting projects. During his career, he has handled controls projects that have exceeded $3 million and 11,000 points.

 

Greg holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with a minor in nuclear engineering from Youngstown State University. He has also attended Honeywell's design/programming training for XL+R7044, Mcels, XBS, XL5000 and FS90s.He conducts operator training classes for the Automated Logic WebCTRL system and sets up occupancy and trending features to ensure cost savings are achieved. Greg manages a team of Automated Logic Control specialists to deliver building automation systems and energy management solutions. The National Institute for Certificate in Engineering Technologies (NICET) has awarded him a level II certification in fire protection engineering technology and fire alarm systems.

 

The Personal Side

Greg enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons age 6 and 9. He also enjoys skiing, running and biking.
