As leader of the company’s small projects group, Joseph and his team of 20 professionals ensure on-time, within-budget completion of high-quality projects, ranging in size from $5,000 to $1,000,000. His responsibilities cover the full range of project management activities; including designing, estimating, scheduling and coordinating all project activities. During each project, he ensures that work has been completed thoroughly and to the client’s complete satisfaction. By combining decades of experience with knowledge of the latest technologies, he consistently delivers high-performance systems that provide maximum energy efficiency, comfort, productivity and value.

 

Expertise

Joseph has spent his entire career with DeBra-Kuempel, where he started 25 years ago as a service technician while completing his apprenticeship. He was promoted to service manager in 1991 and was named senior account manager in 2002. In addition to his current responsibilities, he developed and launched the company’s controls division, which meets clients’ expanding needs for a responsive, reliable source of control system maintenance and troubleshooting skills.

A graduate of Local 392’s Apprenticeship School, Joseph has participated in the Local’s Journeyman Upgrade Program and the Revco Cascade Refrigeration Program. In addition, he holds Ohio licenses in hydronics, HVAC, plumbing and refrigeration, as well as State of Kentucky and City of Middletown (OH) masters HVAC licenses. He continuously adds to his expertise by attending various trade school and other training courses that enable him to give clients the benefits of the industry’s latest technological advances.

 

The Personal Side

Married for 30 years, Joseph and his wife, Joyce, have five children and two grandchildren. In addition to serving as vice president of the Milford Athletic Boosters, Joseph enjoys fishing and coaching football.
